  Bad service. Machines constantly "undergoing repair". Rude wait staff and poorly trained food prep staff.

  I got exactly what I ordered and good coffee. My only concern is ,they do not have any where to but garbage out side, and I think there should be at least one garbage ben out side near the door.

  Its takes 3 to 5 mins can't remember the exact timing to bake donuts timbits and muffins etc....but yet they hardly ever have what you want or ordered.....they don't pay attention when you place your order you say you want milk in your coffee you want milk not cream.....also when you order frozen drinks you expect them to be frozen not water and syrup.....no problems usually when you order anything from 4 am to 2 pm after they switch shifts at 2 pm it all goes down hill they never have what you want they won't make what you want and very slow service and staff don't want to be there
