- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆A local restaurant, on a river, tasty home style cooking. A good half way stop between Halifax and Yarmouth. Posted previously in 2015. A follow up in May 2017. My wife and two sister stop for over night and evening meal. They said the menu had changed and were disappointed with the quality of the food and the cost for the evening meal. (Two of three meals.) The haddock dinner and the chicken pot pie were very poor. The salmon bruschetta was very good. Also the breakfast was very good.By jon malone, April 23, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Went for lunch with another vacationing family while visiting Liverpool. Most of us had the fish platters. Generous size fish and plenty of fries. Biscuits before the meal were delicious and came with whipped butter. Staff was very friendly and happy to engage in "tourist talk" (how deep pronounce "Mouton"?
